Hey there!

Hi, I’m Tatiana (she/they). I moved from Colombia to Montreal in 2004, an experience that broadened my understanding of the world and provided me with lived experiences that, like all experiences, were both challenging and enriching. This journey has been deeply shaped by my passion for culture, art, human behavior, and wellness, each element guiding me along a path of self-discovery, growth, and healing.

A central aspect of my practice and life is my deep connection to my Indigenous heritage, which profoundly influences both my perspective and the way I work. I blend traditional wisdom with mindfulness, yoga, and art, creating a holistic approach to healing that honors my roots. This integration drives me to make these practices accessible, particularly to underserved communities that might not otherwise have access to them.

Becoming a mother has added a powerful layer to my journey. It deepened my understanding of connection, compassion, and resilience, both personally and professionally. It also strengthened my desire to create inclusive spaces for healing, where people can explore their own capacity for growth, transformation, and community.

My belief in the transformative power of creative expression led me to explore meditation and yoga, disciplines that have profoundly enhanced my understanding of the mind-body connection. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating art workshops for both children and adults, witnessing how the combination of art and meditation fosters mental well-being and self-awareness.

It was through my dedication to mindfulness and yoga that I discovered Somatic Experiencing, which truly transformed my life. It felt like a culmination of everything I had ever studied, bringing together the mind, body, and spirit in a way that deepened my connection to myself and others. This integration allows me to guide people in healing by fostering a deeper relationship with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

In addition to my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training, where I have reached the intermediate level, I am currently enrolled in the Trauma of Money program. This program has been a key part of my ongoing exploration into how economic systems impact personal healing and collective well-being. I am committed to understanding the intersection of financial structures with trauma, personal empowerment, and social justice.

Throughout my journey, I have worked to integrate mindfulness, art, yoga, and trauma-informed practices into a cohesive, practical approach to healing. I hold certifications in Yoga Instruction, Mindfulness training, advanced training in Insight and Mahayana Buddhist traditions, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through residential meditation retreats and creating art. These combined practices inform my approach to creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing spaces where healing, self-reflection, and transformation can unfold.

For me, this journey is not just about personal healing; it's about empowering others to reconnect with themselves, honor their unique histories, and find balance through mindful, creative, and traditional practices.
