My Approach to Movement:
Rooted in Buddhist wisdom and trauma-informed practices, my meditation workshops are designed to offer a space for healing, self-discovery, and systemic awareness. Meditation is not about escape—it is about being with what is, with tenderness and curiosity. Through this practice, we develop the capacity to witness our conditioned responses, to recognize the ways trauma shapes our experience, and to trust that our bodies know how to release what no longer serves us.
