Movement is an invitation to reconnect with the body, express emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and ease. It is a practice of embodiment—of listening to the body’s wisdom and moving in ways that foster healing, joy, and self-awareness. Through intentional movement, we can explore the balance between structure and freedom, stillness and expression, release and integration.

My Approach to Movement:

Rooted in somatic experiencing, yoga, meditation, and creative expression, my movement workshops offer a safe and exploratory space for healing and self-discovery. Movement is not about performance—it is about presence, about being in conversation with the body and honoring its rhythms. These workshops emphasize choice, agency, and curiosity, supporting each person’s unique experience.

What to Expect in a Movement Workshop:

Workshops include a gentle warm-up, brief introductions, and teachings on the theme of the session. Invitational movement exercises guide participants through self-led exploration, allowing space for curiosity and intuitive movement. The workshop concludes with a brief circle share for reflection and integration.
