ABOUT ME

I am a multidisciplinary healing practitioner dedicated to embodied transformation, collective liberation, and self-discovery. As an artist, somatic experiencing practitioner, meditation teacher, and yoga instructor, I integrate trauma-informed practices, systemic awareness, and ancestral wisdom into my work. My offerings include energy healing, movement, meditation, and art-based healing workshops, blending creative expression with mindfulness and body awareness. Deeply connected to my Indigenous heritage, I also work with the natural world as part of my healing practice, creating spaces for resilience, empowerment, and holistic well-being.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a body-focused therapeutic approach designed to release trauma stored in the body and restore balance to the nervous system. Through mindful awareness of physical sensations, this method allows individuals to process stress, trauma, and emotional blockages in a safe, gentle way, supporting healing on both physical and emotional levels.

Energy Healing:

An energy healing session is a deeply nurturing and transformative experience. A safe, calm, and supportive space is created to help relax and release energetic blockages. A blend of modalities such as Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing, breathwork, and ancestral healing practices are used to guide energy flow, restore balance, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Each session is personalized to meet specific needs, offering a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery

Workshops

Movement

Movement is an invitation to reconnect with the body, express emotions, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and ease. It is a practice of embodiment—of listening to the body’s wisdom and moving in ways that foster healing, joy, and self-awareness. Through intentional movement, we can explore the balance between structure and freedom, stillness and expression, release and integration.

Art

Art-Based Healing is a creative, embodied approach to emotional well-being, combining artistic expression with body awareness to foster self-discovery, resilience, and transformation. This practice recognizes that emotions and experiences live not only in the mind but also in the body, and through creative exploration, one can process emotions, release tension, and reconnect with themselves in a nonverbal, intuitive way.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice of deep presence, compassion, and self-inquiry. It offers a way to be with suffering, to open the heart, and to reconnect with our innate goodness. Through meditation, we can soften the layers of conditioning that keep us disconnected from ourselves and others, remembering that healing is not just individual—it is deeply intertwined with collective liberation.
